Clint Glaser is the owner of Smoky Hill Appraisal, located in Salina, Kansas. He is a certified general real estate appraiser in the state of Kansas and has been in the appraisal industry since 2015. Previously, Clint worked for two well respected real estate appraisal companies; one in Des Moines, Iowa and one in Liberal, Kansas. Emma Hoffman

Emma Hoffman is a certified general real estate appraiser in the state of Kansas and has been in the industry since 2021. Emma has been with Smoky Hill Appraisal, Inc. since 2023.

Prior to Smoky Hill Appraisal, Inc., Emma worked at another reputable appraisal company in Kansas. Prior to the appraisal industry, she worked for Silver Spur Ranches in Colorado. Emma has experience appraising a wide variety of property types within the agricultural sector. Emma is originally from Ellinwood and grew up on a farm/ ranch. She now resides in Hays.

Vaughn Stull

Appraiser Trainee

Vaughn Stull is a real estate appraiser trainee and in the process of obtaining his certified general appraiser’s license.

Prior to Smoky Hill Appraisal, Inc. Vaughn worked for Farmers National as part of their appraisal team. Vaughn has experience appraising a wide variety of property types within the agricultural sector. Vaughn is originally from Natoma and currently resides in Osborne. He grew up on a farm/ranch in Osborne County.

Kiran Butts

Kiran Butts serves as Operations & Data Manager for Smoky Hill Appraisal, overseeing office operations, data management, and administrative processes. She graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Agricultural Economics and a specialization in Global Food Systems Leadership.

Prior to joining Smoky Hill Appraisal, Kiran worked as a Regional Development Coordinator for a nonprofit organization and a Research Assistant within the Kansas State University Agricultural Economics Department. Raised on a farm and ranch in Mitchell County near Beloit, Kansas, she brings a strong agricultural background and understanding of rural communities to her role. Kiran currently resides in Salina, Kansas.
